摘    要:通过实施党员“五带头”量化积分管理,可以激发党员争创佳绩的热情,提高党员管理水平和党员履责意识,充分发挥党员的先锋模范带头作用,可以有效地提升管理效能,更好地促进部门完成各项工作任务。为进一步推行量化积分管理工作,企业应不断丰富“五带头”的内涵,增强“创先争优”工作的活力,树立典型,营造良好氛围,建立长效机制,激发广大党员参与“创先争优”活动的积极性。

The Reflection upon Quantified Score Management in Party Members' "Five Leadings" —— A Case of Party Building in Nanning Cigarette Factory

Abstract:The implementation of party members' "Five Leadings" could stimulate party members' enthusiasm, improve their management level, enhance their awareness of responsibility as a pa(ty member, exerts all their influence to take the lead, improve management efficiency and complete all sorts of work eiticiently, in order to carry out quantified score management, enterprises should gradually enrich the connotation of "Five Leadings" and strength the activity, "Strive for the Best", set good examples, create healthy surroundings, set up effective systems and spur many of the party members to participate in "Strive for the Best" actively.
