| 摘 要： | 军事物流外包是现代军事物流发展过程中的新模式。本文以浙江边防总队后勤基地为例,探讨了军事物流外包的三大影响因素:外包供应商服务水平,经济因素和环境因素。通过360份问卷的调查和统计分析,发现环境因素对军事物流外包影响最大,外包供应商服务水平影响次之,经济因素影响最小,从而为降低外包风险、实施和管理军事物流外包提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Military logistics outsourcing is a new pattern that derives from the contemporary military logistics.Having probed into the Frontier Corps Logistics Base of Zhejiang,this article digs out the three major influential factors of the outsourcing service of military logistics: environment,economy and suppliers’ service quality.According to the statistics collected from 360 questionnaires,it indicates that among all the three influential elements,environmental factors affect military logistics outsourcing to the greatest extent,while suppliers’ service quality ranks the second and economy of the minimal impact.Therefore,it is not exaggerating to say this survey provides essential reference for the refinement of military logistics outsourcing. |
