软件企业CMMI与ISO9001的符合性验证研究

针对同时实施CMMI和ISO9001的软件企业在两标准的兼容性和接口方面常常存在的问题,结合CMMI模型和ISO90001标准的要求,提出一种能同时验证企业是否满足CMMI模型及ISO9001标准的内审方法,并建立过程框架。本活动能自然地融入到组织的日常过程改进工作,通过内审发现问题,解决问题,提高软件企业管理水平。结合某单位实例,结果表明该方法经济,有效,且符合软件企业实际需求。

Validation Conformity Studies of CMMI and ISO9001 in Software Enterprise

For those software enterprises who implement CMMI and ISO9001 simultaneously,problem often occurs on compatibility and interface of the two standards.Combining request of CMMI model and ISO9001 standard,a kind of internal audit methodology is raised to verify if the enterprise satisfies the internal audit methodology for CMMI model and ISO9001 standard simultaneously or not,and a process framework is built as well.This activity can naturally integrate into group’s daily process for improving work.Problem can be found out and solved through internal audit to achieve the improvement of software enterprise’s management skill.This method is testified to be economic,effective and meet software enterprise’s practical requirement by combining some company’s practical example.
