| 摘 要： | 在对以往文献回顾的基础上，基于内生发展的视角，结合黄山乡村旅游国家示范区的开发案例，根据各乡村资源禀赋及开发现状，将其主导盈利模式归纳为4种类型，以此与反映旅游社区成长能力属性的内生式发展、公司化、土地产权流转3类开发模式相匹配，建立起一个盈利模式与开发模式相匹配的理论框架，旨在从更根本的环节解决乡村旅游开发中门票经济、旅游飞地和公地悲剧三大核心问题，为今后乡村旅游开发模式的选用提供更有针对性的指导。
