| 摘 要： | 世界范围内的信息化浪潮一方面为企业间的合作创造了条件,另一方面也加剧了企业外部环境的变化速度,因而催生了虚拟企业这一新的企业形态。虚拟化浪潮将席卷步入知识经济时代的企业,虚拟企业也将成为21世纪的重要企业组织形成。
