| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难问题引起了高校对职业指导工作的重视,辅导员作为目前职业指导队伍的重要组成部分,有着独特的优势,本文从高校职业指导的意义和职业指导的内涵出发,探讨了辅导员在大学生职业指导中所扮演的角色及应具备的素质,以期为辅导员更好地开展职业指导工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Graduates employment problems caused colleges and universities pay attention to vocational guidance.Counselors,as an important part of the vocational guidance team,have a unique advantage.From the connotation and significance of the university vocational guidance,this article explores the role counselors in college students' vocational guidance and the quality should have,in order to provide reference for counselors to better carry out vocational guidance work. |
