护理管理在小儿康复病房中的作用分析

目的:探讨护理管理在小儿康复病房中的作用并进行分析。方法:调查我院2010年3月起开展系统护理管理以来160例小儿康复患者的满意程度。结果:通过对系统管理的实施,发现在这160例患者当中,不曾出现一例纠纷问题,同时在患者出院后,病患家属的满意程度也达到93.75%,满意人数达150例。结论:系统护理的实施具备很大的优势,同时还让护理病房得到了全面的、系统的,以及详细的管理方法,从而将护理人员的工作热情和护理技术提高了上去,降低风险几率。

The Role of Care Management in Pediatric Rehabilitation Wards

Objective: To investigate and analyze the role of care management in pediatric rehabilitation wards.Methods: To make a survey on the satisfaction of 160 cases of pediatric rehabilitation patient since our hospital conducted care management from March 2010.Results: Through the implementation of the system management,it found that there is not one case of disputes in these 160 patients,at the same time the satisfaction rate of patient's family reaches to 93.75 percent,and 150 cases is satisfied with the care.Conclusion: The implementation of the system care has the great advantage.It provides a comprehensive,systematic and detailed management method for care ward,rises the enthusiasm and care skill of the nurses,and reduces the risk probability.
