| 摘 要： | 公安消防部队因其在各个方面的优势,在综合应急救援中发挥着不可替代的作用。应着眼综合应急救援行动特点,建立健全立体化综合应急救援行动预案;加强协调,实施高效、精干、扁平化的联合应急指挥;完善设施,确保信息高度共享和信息网络畅通无阻;统筹决策,形成多元化、全方位的应急救援大格局,提高综合应急救援水平,更好地完成应急救援任务。

| Abstract: | Because of its advantages,public fire brigade plays an irreplaceable role in the comprehensive emergency rescue.Due to the features of emergency rescue operations,it needs to establish and improve comprehensive program of action for emergency rescue;Strengthen coordination and implementation of efficient,lean,flat joint emergency command;Improve facilities to ensure a high level of sharing and smooth information network;Integrated decision-making to set up a diversified and comprehensive emergency rescue pattern,and improve the overall level of emergency rescue,to complete the task on emergency rescue effectively. |
