摘    要:国投曲靖发电有限公司#2、#3、#4炉过热系统Ⅱ、Ⅲ级减温器减温水管与减温器焊口产生裂纹,严重影响机组安全运行,业主决定割除旧设备更换新设备,由于设备所处位置空间狭小,施工难度极大,存在较大安全风险。经过认真的现场勘察,合理科学地编制施工吊装方案,最终顺利完成了此项工作。

Abstract:The crack was emerged in desuperheater water pipe and welding of #2,#3,#4 boiler superheating system Ⅱ,Ⅲ desuperheater in SDIC Qujing Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,which seriously affects the safe operation of the unit,the owners decided to remove the old equipment to replace the new equipment,because the location of equipment in narrow space,construction difficulty is great,there is a big safety risk.After careful investigation,reasonable scientific establishment construction hoisting scheme,finally completed this work.
