开发煤炭企业财务经营管理信息系统的构想

提高煤炭企业经济运行质量,是企业追求的目标。为了使企业的经营管理水平达到精细化,促使不同层次管理水平的不断提升,借助管理信息系统平台是一个途经,通过管理信息系统对财务经营的基础数据的不断积累,发挥其在预算、预警、统计(对标)分析、预测、决策、评价等功能方面的作用,本文提出了开发煤炭企业财务经营管理信息系统的构想。目前,管理信息系统正在开发之中。

Development of Coal Enterprise Financial Management Information System

Improving the quality of economic operation of coal enterprise is the goal that enterprises pursue.In order to make the enterprise management level fine,make the management level of different levels rising,the support of the management information system platform is a good way.Through the management information system,the basic data of financial management is continuously accumulated,and play its role in budget,early warning,statistics(scale) analysis,forecasting,decision-making,and evaluation.This paper puts forward the development of coal enterprise financial management information system.At present,the management information system is under development.
