| 摘 要： | 本文就如何实现大学生的自我教育,在抓好"三育人"工作,学生管理以教育为主,学校各职能部门要分工协作,努力改善办学条件,建设一支高素质的学生管理队伍,对大学生进行操行考核,学校要为大学生实现自我教育搭建平台等方面,提出了自己的思考。

| Abstract: | This article presented the author's thoughts on how to make the students' self-education,and grasp "three education ways" work.Student management mainly engaged in education,so school functions have to cooperate with each other,improve the conditions for running,build a high-quality teams of student management,conduct assessment for college students and set platform for achieving students' self-education. |
