| 摘 要： | 自2001年中国加入世界贸易组织以来,中国海关查获的由定牌加工引发的进出口侵权案件数量每年以30%的幅度上升;如何识别涉外定牌加工中的商标侵权隐患,防范涉外定牌加工中商标侵权,是企业和相关部门面临的一个重要任务。

| Abstract: | Since China's entry to WTO in 2001, the infringement cases hunted down and seized by China Customs which arise in OEM are increasing by 30% every year. It is now the major task for the enterprises and departments concerned to distinguish and avoid the possible OEM infringement of trademarks. |
