| 摘 要： | 近年来,内部创业的研究已成为学术界关注的热点,来自经济学、战略管理、技术创新、社会学、组织行为学以及心理学等诸多研究领域的学者都对内部创业进行了研究。本文从知识的视角分析了各类知识对企业内部创业过程的影响,进而提出了构建内部创业支持体系的手段。
