The Imbalance of the China's Economy Development: Ignorance of the Society-cost

The society - cost is the outside cost of enterprises. It isn't welcome to every enterprise. Society - cost contents the cost of natural resource, biological environment, human resource, morality and so on. The reason of high society - cost in China at this time is that we don't take enough attention to it. We take the old way that is the high put in, but low production and ignore the large society - cost behind economical increase.
