电力企业规范化物资采购方法的研究

为了保证电力企业物资采购工作的有序开展,并使该项工作能够在合理、规范、高效的轨迹上运行,文章对电力企业进行规范化物资采购方法进行了研究,从采购计划的合理、规范性,采购方式的选择、采购人员的培养及采购的监督和决策等方面进行了论述,为电力企业物资采购提供了一套规范的工作方法。通过使用该方法,在有效的规避采购风险的同时,提升了采购效率,降低了采购成本,为企业的降本增效做出了贡献。

Study on the Power Enterprise Procurement's Standardized Method

In order to ensure that the electric power enterprise material purchasing work carried out in an orderly manner, and make the work to be able to run on reasonable, stan-dardized and efficient path, in this paper, the standardized procurement method for electric power enterprises was studied, from the procurement plan＇s rationality and normalization, the choice of procurement method, the training of procurement staff, the supervision and decision making of procurement etc are discussed, provides a set of standardized work methods for the electric power enterprise material purchasing. By using the method, avoid the risk of purchasing effectively, at the same time, improve the procurement efficiency, reduce the purchas-ing cost, make a contribution to the company＇s cost reduction and benefit increasing.
