基于工作任务的配送管理课程教学模式改革

《配送管理》是物流管理专业的核心课程之一,是一门实践性很强的应用学科。文章在骨干校建设的背景下,提出了配送管理课程改革的指导思想和目标,确定课程改革思路。在此基础上,以配送管理岗位需求为起点,以工作过程为导向,以职业能力培养为重点,进行课程内容的选择与重构,使教学内容和企业需求深度融合,提出基于工作任务的配送管理课程教学模式改革的方法,从而实现高等职业教育培养目标。

Distribution Management Course Teaching Mode Reform Based on the Task

The distribution management is one of the core course of logistics management major, is a practical application of the discipline. In this paper, under the background of backbone of the construction of the school, to determine the distribution man-agement course teaching goal, puts forward the distribution management guiding ideology and target of curriculum reform, curricu-lum reform train of thought. On this basis, the distribution management job requirements as the starting point, the working process oriented, focusing on the professional ability training, reconstruct and the choice of course content, the teaching content and the enterprise needs depth fusion, based on the distribution of work task management course teaching mode reform methods, so as to realize higher vocational education objectives.
