浅谈当前执业药师的尴尬处境及解决措施

随着世界医药科学的发展及人们对健康水平要求的提高，在医患关系之间迫切需要一个连接的纽带，执业药师应运而生。我国于1994年开始推行执业药师制度。然而在这十几年的发展过程中，问题却是层出不穷。高门槛、低收益、“一仆多主”、“挂牌”等问题给医药经济带来很多负面影响。既然我国引入了执业药师这一行业，如果不充分发挥他们的优势，就失去了引入的意义，更难与国际接轨。那么执业药师该何去何从，本文将对我国执业药师的尴尬处境及解决措施进行简单的讨论。

A brief talk on current licensed pharmacists'embarrassing situation and solving measure

With the development of world medicine science, and people＇s increasing requirements ot the health.Between doctor and patient, it needs for a connection of the link, licensed pharmacist have emerged. China first launched licensed pharmacist system in 1994. However, in the past 10 years of the development process, the problem is endless. High threshold, low income, ＂more than a servant lord,＂ and ＂listed＂ had a negative impact on the medicine economy, and these phenomenon brought abuse to licensed pharmacist too. Now that did China introduce the licensed pharmacist in this industry, if we do not exert their advantages, we will lose the significance of the introduction, and it is very difficult to joint with international, therefore,where is the direction of licensed pharmacist？ this paper will have simple comment on the embarrassing situation of Licensed Pharmacists and giving some solving measures.
