| 摘 要： | 实施西部大开发战略,对于进行经济结构调整,扩大内需,促进国民经济持续快速健康发展,尤其是加快西藏的经济、社会发展,增进民族团结,保持社会稳定,巩固边防等具有十分重要的现实意义和极其深远的历史意义.为此,审计机关要进一步认清形势,找准位置,明确任务,理清思路,开拓进取,充分发挥审计监督的重要作用,为全面实施西部大开发战略、实现西藏大发展做出新的贡献.
