| 摘 要： | 近年来，经济国际化使区域产业结构调整面临新的机遇。淮安地处苏北腹地，其未来的发展必然与苏南的产业转移和结构升级紧密相连，其选择哪种产业和如何选择产业才能更好地发挥淮安经济优势将成为亟待解决的问题。因此，利用区域战略产业指标选择近期淮安战略产业并提出可行建议和方案成为必要。
