| 摘 要： | 政府文明是社会主义政治文明极为重要的一部分 ,政府文明的实质是建立一个高效廉洁、执政为民的服务型政府。服务型政府需要树立“以民为本”的服务理念 ;坚持“以法行政”的服务准则 ;创立“顾客导向”的服务模式 ;承担“违法必究、有错必改”的服务责任。

| Abstract: | Government civilization is an important part of socialist political civilization. The essence of it is to establish service-type government with high efficiency and serve for people. It should foster the idea of person-orientation, carry out the norm of law-oriented, create the service mode of customer-oriented and take the responsibility of correcting those commit mistakes. |
