| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新兴的经济发展模式，是实现社会经济和资源可持续发展的重要途径和实现方式。本文通过对陕西经济发展现状和存在问题的分析，指出发展循环经济是实现陕西可持续发展的必然选择，并提出了发展循环经济的措施和建议。
