Initial Study on the Development Issues of Guangdong Carbon Emission Trading Market

At home and abroad, the demand of carbon emission trading is now sharply increasing. The development of Guangdong carbon trading market not only enjoys such advantages as advanced production capacity, strong innovative capability of emission reduction technology, close connection in the Pearl River Delta, but also faces constraints, such as inadequate regulation of emission reduction, lack of ventures＇ credibility, insufficiency of financial services, and the risks caused by the changes of the international regulation and exchange competition.
