| 摘 要： | 通过采用成本-收益分析法,对混业经营转变过程中金融监管的成本和收益进行分析,我们发现在混业经营转变过程中,必然存在一个保证金融体系安全与稳定的最佳监管均衡点。在最佳监管均衡点所映射的金融监管强度下,金融监管制度能实现顺利转变。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the cost and benefit of financial supervision during mixed operation transition with the cost-benefit analysis,and it is concluded that there must be the best equilibrium guaranting the security and stability of the financial system in the changing process.Financial supervision system can achieve a smooth transition in the strength of the financial supervision that the best equilibrium has mapped. |
