| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济体制的框架下,地勘单位应该重视三个问题。首先,应该重视对矿业权的拥有,这是地勘单位发展的前提;其次,应该重视对矿业权的经营,这是地勘单位最后获得收益的保障;第三,应该重视核心竞争力的构建,这是地勘单位在一定时期内保持现实或潜在竞争优势的要求。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly introduces three issues that geological prospecting units should be thought highly of under socialist market economic system,these include:firstly,the prerequisite for the development of geological prospecting units is to possess the mining rights;secondly,the management for mining rights is the guarantee for profits acquisition;and last but not least,improvement of core competitiveness is the demand for maintaining real and potential advantages in competition in a certain period. |
