中国小城镇发展战略研究

在评价我国小城镇发展现状的基础上 ,分析了发展动因 ,提出了建设和发展小城镇的原则及目标构想 ,建议确立“小城镇带动战略” ,选择符合本地实际的发展模式。最后 ,从行政区划、土地流转、融资渠道等角度 ,为我国小城镇的建设提供了政策建议。建议以深化改革来推动小城镇上规模、上档次、上水平 ,进而带动整个农村经济快速、稳定发展。

Strategic Research on Development of Chinese Small Town

On the basis of appraising the current situation of the development of small town of our country, the article analyses the reason of development, puts forward the principle and goal of building and developing small town, proposes to establish" small-town-drive strategy", and to choose development mode that is in accord with local reality. Finally, from angles of administrative division, land transference, fund raising channel, etc., the article offers policy recommendations for construction of the small town of our country; proposes to promote the scale, the grade and level of the small town construction by deepening reform in order to stimulate the whole rural economy to be developed fast and steadily.
