探索图书馆采访工作新思路

采访工作是图书馆最基础的工作。由于信息的高速增长、网络的普及、藏书的利用率、出版发行渠道的改革等客观因素的变化,对采访工作提出了新的要求。为适应馆藏的发展需要,必须更新采访工作的观念、拓宽采访工作的思路、提高采访人员的素质,建立有效的藏书控制和信息反馈机制,提高藏书质量。

Exploring New Train of Thinking on Document Purchase of Library

Document purchase is the most basic work in library.But with an increasing development of information and popularization of network,some objective factors i.e.the utilization ratio of the books stored and reform of publishing channels,are changing now,which present a new requirement for document purchase.To agree with the development of book storage,we must update and enlarge our working methods of document purchase,and accordingly,increase the workers' quality to establish effective control of storing books and feedback system of information and further increase the quality of books stored.
