| 摘 要： | 食品安全监管问题一直是人们需要面对的难题,食品安全监管的内容包括食品生产的各个环节和可能对人们身体健康产生危害的有毒物质及危及消费者安全的隐患.十九大报告中提出了实施食品安全战略的思想,使食品安全监管上升到多元主体共治的战略高度.本文对食品安全监管方式的多元化方法进行研究,以期为食品安全监管工作的开展提供参考.

| Abstract: | Food safety supervision has always been a difficult problem that people need to face.The content of food safety supervision includes all links of food production,toxic substances that may endanger people’s health and hidden dangers that endanger the safety of consumers.The report of the 19th national congress put forward the idea of implementing the food safety strategy,which raised the food safety supervision to the strategic height of multi subject co governance.This paper studies the diversified methods of food safety supervision,in order to provide reference for the development of food safety supervision. |
