牡丹籽壳不同添加量对平菇蛋白质和氨基酸含量的影响

Effects of Different Adding Amount of Peony Seed Shells on Polyphenol and Amino Acid Content of Pleurotus ostreatus

Abstract:Paeonia ostii is a special economic crop in Tongling City,Anhui Province.Its seed shell is a by-product produced in the process of pressing peony seed oil.The development and utilization of peony seed shell can increase the industrial added value of peony seed oil.The changes of protein and amino acid contents in Pleurotus ostreatus were studied by adding different proportions of peony seed shell to the cultivation substrate.The results showed that the content of protein,arginine and proline in Pleurotus ostreatus could be significantly increased by adding 10%peony seed shell to the cultivation substrate with cotton seed shell as the main material,which also showed that peony seed shell could be used as a high-quality carbon source to replace part of cotton seed shell for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation.
