Preparation of MoS2 and Its Application in Food Sample Pretreatment

Abstract:With the increasing prominence of food safety issues,the analysis of harmful substances in food has become the basic means to ensure food safety,and sample pretreatment is a necessary and critical link in food safety analysis.Molybdenum disulfide is a new type of two-dimensional nanomaterial with a structure similar to graphene.It has the characteristics of stable chemical properties,large specific surface area and many active sites.It shows good application potential in the field of sample pretreatment.In this paper,the commonly used preparation methods of molybdenum disulfide are summarized,and its application in the field of food sample pretreatment is prospected.
