Analysis on the Verification Results of the Determination Ability of Salmonella in Food

Abstract:Objective:By participating in the CFAPA-1186 Validation plan for the Determination of Salmonella in Food organized by China CFAPA Testing technology Company Limited of dalian,verify of the microbiological laboratory’s ability to detect Salmonella and strengthen the level of quality control in microbiological laboratory and the technical proficiency of the testing staff.Method:According to the test instruction and the method of GB 4789.4—2016,the pre enrichment,selective enrichment and isolation were carried out for three blind samples of capability verification,and the isolated suspected colonies were identified.Result:Salmonella was detected in blind sample No.418,and no Salmonella was detected in the blind samples No.019 and No.390.The results were consistent with the specified values and the ability evaluation was satisfactory.This capability verification was successfully completed.Conclusion:The microbiological laboratory has effectively improved the detection ability and technical level of Salmonella by participating in this capability verification and analyzing the capability verification results.
