| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the food safety supervision and sampling data of cakes in Yunnan province from 2017 to 2021 to understand the food safety status of cakes in Yunnan province,so as to provide a reference for the development of special food safety supervision.The results showed that from January 2017 to December 2021,a total of 3592 batches of cakes were sampled in Yunnan province,and 94 batches of unqualified samples were detected,with a pass rate of 97.38%.The main problems found in the sampling inspection are the over range or limited use of food additives and microbial pollution.In addition,there are problems that the quality indicators of cakes are not up to standard.Therefore,the relevant regulatory authorities should strengthen the supervision of high-risk business forms and regions to protect the rights and interests of consumers. |
