| Abstract: | Port Portal Crane(hereinafter referred to as portal crane)is widely used in bulk grain wharf.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of portal crane operation system in bulk grain wharf,reduce failure rate and sudden safety accidents,and maximize the economic benefits of portal crane operation system,based on crane safety regulations,operation specifications and daily typical cases,Using the method of combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience,this paper combs the daily inspection process and key points of the operating system of the gantry crane in service from the perspective of the actual performance index state of the equipment,so as to form an integrated operation and maintenance mechanism of the gantry crane with chapter-by-chapter operation and principle,professional point inspection meeting analysis,basis for maintenance and lubrication and standard maintenance. |
