巩固粮食安全屏障高标准推进粮油检验检测能力建设

随着生活水平的提高,人们要求市场提供优质、卫生、安全的食品.粮油加工产品作为人们日常生活不可或缺的重要物质基础,需要不断深化检测手段保障其安全性.基于此,本文通过分析我国粮油检测能力和粮油评价体系的建设现状,提出推进粮油检测技术建设的措施和对策,着重以期为相关工作提供参考.

Consolidate the High Standard of Food Security Barrier and Promote the Construction of Grain and Oil Inspection and Testing Capacity

With the improvement of living standards,people require the market to provide high-quality,hygienic and safe food.Grain and oil processing products are an indispensable and important material basis for people’s daily life,and it is necessary to continuously deepen the detection methods to ensure their safety.Based on this,this paper proposes measures and countermeasures to promote the construction of grain and oil detection technology by analyzing the current situation of my country’s grain and oil detection capability and grain and oil evaluation system,and focus on the analysis of several key technical means of grain and oil detection,in order to provide reference for related work.
