食品安全关乎人们的利益,不仅会对人们身心健康带来直接影响,还与社会和谐发展关系密切,国家对于食品安全也越来越重视。因此科学合理且有效地应用化学检测技术是食品安全工作的重点。本文探讨了食品安全检测中化学检测技术应用的必要性及食品安全检测中常用的化学检测技术,同时分析了当前食品安全检测中化学检测技术应用面临的实际问题,并针对这些问题提出了可行性建议。

Research on the Application of Chemical Detection Technology in Food Safety Detection

Food safety is related to people’s interests.It not only has a direct impact on people’s physical and mental health,but also has a close relationship with the harmonious development of society,so the country is paying more and more attention to food safety.Therefore,the scientific,reasonable and effective application of chemical detection technology is the focus of food safety work.This paper discusses the necessity of chemical detection technology application in food safety detection and the chemical detection technology commonly used in food safety detection,and analyzes the practical problems in the application of chemical detection technology in food safety detection at present,and puts forward some feasible suggestions for these problems.
