Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this paper is to further prevent the occurrence of local food safety incidents and manage the key and difficult points in food supervision more effectively and scientifically.Method:The cooked food and its environment produced by the centralized cooked food processing plants in Y and Q townships in Jiangyin city,Jiangsu province were monitored for microbial contamination including Salmonella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Staphylococcus aureus,Enterohemorrhagic E.coli O157:H7,Listeria monocytogenes,and coliform group.Result:Pathogenic bacteria were detected in the environment of the two centralized processing plants,and the pathogenic bacteria detected in cooked food were not detected.Conclusion:There is a risk of microbial pollution in the environment of processing plants in the two places,and relevant departments need to strengthen supervision to prevent food poisoning caused by cross pollution.
