The Effect of Milk Mineral Salt on the Tmmunity of Pregnant and Parturient

Objective:Study and analyze the effects of milk mineral salt and milk mineral salt and taurine compound tablets on the immunity of pregnant and lying-in women.Method:A total of 480 pregnant and parturient women were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group of 160 pregnant women,the experimental group of 160 pregnant women,and the control group of 160.Milk mineral salt and milk mineral salt and taurine composite tablets were given,orally for 60 days,and blood was collected to detect cellular immune indicators;and the intention to treat analysis(ITT)and per-protocol(PP)were used for safety analysis.Result:The level of Treg,Tm,Tn,CD3+HLA-DR+,CD8+CD45RA+increased(P<0.05),the changes of T,B,CD8+,NK,NK-T were not significant,pregnant women the recovery rate of the ITT test group in the milk mineral salt group was 52.1%(P<0.05),and the recovery rate in the control group was 42.5%;the recovery rate in the ITT test group of the pregnant women eating milk mineral salt and taurine compound tablets was 54.3%(P<0.05).Parturient women the recovery rate of the ITT test group in the milk mineral salt group was 50.1%(P<0.05),and the recovery rate in the control group was 46.4%;the recovery rate in the ITT test group of the parturient women eating milk mineral salt and taurine compound tablets was 58.6%(P<0.05).From the analysis of ITT set and PP set,the recovery rate of the test group is better than that of the control group.In the whole process of this experimental study,only 1 case was evaluated for safety level,and the others were all level 1,and no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Milk mineral salt and milk mineral salt and taurine compound tablets can improve the immunity of pregnant and lying-in women by regulating cellular immune function.
