| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of astaxanthin esters in astaxanthin esters soft capsules.Method:YMC Carotenoid analytical column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitriletert-butyl methyl ether-1%phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 474 nm and the injection volume was 20μL.Result:The method had good linear relationship within the range 0.01~0.03 mg·mL-1for astaxanthin,with the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999,astaxanthin recoveries were between 99.2%and 99.4%,with RSD of 1.5%.Conclusion:The method has good specificity,precision,linearity,accuracy and can be used for quality control of astaxanthin esters in astaxanthin esters soft capsules. |
