Abstract: | Objective:To understand the application of gas chromatography in detection of pesticide residues in vegetables.Method:The article selected 5 samples according to the principle of random sampling.The samples were chopped,homogenized,pulverized and processed by ultrasonic extraction.The residual organophosphorus pesticides and carbamate pesticides in the samples were determined by HP-5 elastic quartz capillary column.Result:The organophosphorus pesticides had a good linear relationship at the standard concentration of 0.01~1.00μg·mL-1,the recoveries were 85.0%~100.0%,and the RSD were 2.2%~4.9%;at the standard concentration of 0.01~0.30μg·mL-1,the carbamate pesticides had a good linear relationship,the recoveries were 80.0%~95.0%,and the RSD were 3.2%~4.5%.Conclusion:gas chromatography can be used to detect pesticide residues in vegetables. |
