| Abstract: | Food quality and safety inspection and supervision is related to national food safety and personal health.Therefore,relevant departments must constantly improve the food quality and safety inspection system,formulate strict and perfect food safety and quality standards,and do a good job in the inspection before leaving the factory,especially the key links in the food inspection process.Only by improving the level of food safety testing from the aspects of talents,technology and equipment can really promote the progress and development of China’s food safety and ensure the food safety of our people.The key links in the food testing process was analyzed,and the corresponding strategies were put forward in this paper,aiming to provide a guarantee for food safety. |
