| 摘 要： | 目的:建立枸杞中大肠菌群检测不确定度的分析评定方法.方法:依据GB 4789.3—2016第一法分别对同一份枸杞样品进行大肠菌群的重复检测,对影响测定结果的不确定度进行分析计算.结果:本次试验采用的不确定度分析评定方法适用于类似条件下大肠菌群检测不确定度的评定.结论:微生物检测结果的发散性较大,通过对各个不确定度进行计...

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an analytical evaluation method for the uncertainty of coliform group detection in Wolfberry.Method:According to the first measurement method of GB 4789.3—2016,coliform group in the same sample of Wolfberry was detected repeatedly,then the uncertainty of affecting the measurement results was analyzed and calculated.Results:The analytical evaluation method of uncertainty in this experiment was suitable for the evaluation of the uncertainty of coliform group detection under the similar conditions.Conclusion:The divergence of microbial test results was large,and it can be seen from the calculation of each uncertainty that the uncertainty of measurement caused by repeated detection and multiple dilution process was the main factor affecting the MPN uncertainty of coliform group detection. |
