Abstract:The standardization of Chinese baijiu enterprises is an indispensable link in the continuous pursuit of the best quality of Chinese baijiu and the promotion of economic benefits.Jiugui Liquor Co.,Ltd.took the opportunity of bringing“Fragrance”into the National Standard,and put enterprise standardization throughout the whole production process.By optimizing the standard system,standardize the manufacturing process to help solve the actual or potential problems in the enterprise.This paper introduces the domestic Chinese baijiu production norms and related standards,lists the work done by Jiugui Liquor Co.,Ltd.to promote the standardized production with SWOT analysis,points out the working principles and Measures of standardization,and summarized the work implementation effect.
