| Abstract: | The application scope of immune detection technology in food inspection work is gradually expanding,which can clearly detect additives,pesticide residues and other toxic and harmful substances in food to ensure food safety.This paper discusses the factors that threaten food safety,analyzes the application of immune detection technology in food inspection,and proposes effective measures to improve the quality of food safety inspection. |
