水产品中孔雀石绿快速检测产品技术评价研究

本研究建立了一种孔雀石绿快速检测产品的技术评价方法。以鱼肉和虾肉为基质,采用孔雀石绿质控样品和均匀性满足要求的干扰物质基质加标样品作为评价用样品,每个快检产品随意抽取3个不同批次,每批次产品均检测80个阴性样品、200个阳性样品和40个干扰物质基质加标样品。对市面流通中认知度较高的4个厂家孔雀石绿快速检测产品的检出限、灵敏度、特异性、假阳性率和假阴性率等参数进行评价。评价结果表明,4个厂家孔雀石绿快速检测产品的灵敏度均≥97.6%,特异性均≥88.3%,假阴性率均≤2.4%,假阳性率均≤11.7%,不同厂家产品的检测效果存在差异。该评价方法可对快速检测产品进行全面技术评价,进而筛选出稳定可靠的孔雀石绿快速检测产品,可为监管部门在水产品监管方面提供技术支持,并为开展孔雀石绿快速检测产品认证工作奠定基础。

Study on Evaluation of Product Technology for Rapid Detection of Malachite Green in Aquatic Products

This study establishes a technical evaluation method for the rapid detection of malachite green rapid detection products.Using fish and shrimp meat as the matrix,using malachite green quality control samples and interfering substance matrix spiked samples with uniformity that meets the requirements as evaluation samples,3 different batches of each quick-check product are randomly selected,and each batch of products is 80 negative samples,200 positive samples,and 40 interfering substance matrix spiked samples were tested.The parameters such as detection limit,sensitivity,specificity,false positive rate and false negative rate of malachite green rapid detection products of 4 manufacturers with high recognition in the market were evaluated.The evaluation results show that the sensitivity of the malachite green rapid detection products of the 4 manufacturers is all≥97.6%,the specificity is≥88.3%,the false negative rate is≤2.4%,and the false positive rate is≤11.7%.The detection effects of products from different manufacturers are difference.This evaluation method can conduct a comprehensive technical evaluation of rapid test products,and then screen stable and reliable malachite green rapid test products.It can provide technical support for the supervision of aquatic products by the regulatory authorities,and lay the foundation for the certification of malachite green rapid testing products.
