食品微生物检验质量控制路径研究

摘    要:食品微生物检验技术和质量控制在保障食品安全方面发挥着不可替代的作用.本文对食品微生物检验质量控制存在的问题予以阐述,发现食品微生物检验质量在实验室检验环境、培养基、试剂等方面控制不到位,微生物检测技术创新力度不够,致使食品微生物检验质量受到影响,并在此基础上对食品微生物检验质量控制路径展开了探讨.

Abstract:Food microbiological inspection technology and quality control play an irreplaceable role in ensuring food safety.This paper expounds the problems existing in the quality control of food microbiological inspection.It is found that the quality of food microbiological inspection is not well controlled in laboratory inspection environment,culture medium,reagents,etc.,and the innovation of microbiological detection technology is not enough,which affects the quality of food microbiological inspection.On this basis,the quality control path of food microbiological inspection was discussed.
