股权集中度与公司绩效——以浙江省上市公司为例

本文以浙江省上市公司为研究对象,首先运用描述统计方法分析浙江省上市公司经营现状;其次本文运用多元线性回归方法,利用浙江省各上市公司对外公布的年报数据,采用反映上市公司股权集中度与公司绩效的多个变量,对浙江省上市公司股权集中度与公司绩效作回归研究。通过实证分析来研究浙江省上市公司的股权集中度与公司绩效间的相互关系,为改善浙江省上市公司治理结构、提升公司绩效提出合理化建议。

All listed companies in Zhejiang province for the study, First use statistical methods to analyse the status of Zhejiang listed companies; Secondly use multivariate linear regression method, Regression analysis on the equity concentration and corporate performance of listed companies in Zhejiang province, and get some rationalization proposals for improving the management structure of the listed companies in zhejiang province and enhancing corporate performance.
