广州市内环路建成后对周边地区社会经济影响研究

本文针对广州市大型交通基础设施工程项目－内环路建成后产生的综合效益和影响进行推断，预测和评价，不仅仅局限于对交通效果的评价，更从多元的角度尝试对交通与环境的变化，引致土地价格和用途的改变，土地利用功能和空间布局的调整，以及对社会经济产生的影响等方面进行探索，分析可能带来的影响，提出防患于未然的政策与措施，最大可能地发挥内环路建设的社会经济效益。

STUDY OF IMPACTS ON THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN PERIPHERAL AREA ALONG THE INNER RING ROAD IN GUANGZHOU

This book aims at the inference, forecast and evaluation of the general benefits and the impacts of the provision of the Inner Ring Road, a large-scale transport infrastructure in Guangzhou. It not only focuses on normally the evaluation of the traffic effect, but also attempts to probe, from a multi-angle, into the changes of the traffic and environment and the subsequent changes of the land price and usage, the adjustment of the land-use function and spatial layout and the social and economic implications. It analyzes the potential impacts brought by the provision of the road and brings forward nip-in-the-bud policies and measures so as to bring the social and economic benefits of the Inner Ring Road into full play.
