知识势能差下的集群中小企业学习过程研究

产业集群中企业学习已经成为提高企业乃至整个产业集群竞争力最有效途径,知识溢出是集群内企业学习的典型特征。首先以知识势能差为切入点,阐析集群内的知识溢出现象;然后,结合知识势能差构建产业集群中的企业学习分工系统,以探析企业的学习分工过程;最后,建立企业学习动力主体之间以及主体与企业学习之间的关系网络,以分析集群内企业学习的运行过程。

To Study on SMEs'Learning Process in the Cluster Based on Knowledge Potential Energy Gapy

Enterprise learning within the industrial cluster has been the most effective approach to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and thus the cluster,as the knowledge spillover becomes a typical characteristic of the corporate learning in the cluster.In this paper,the knowledge spillovers within the industrial cluster will be illustrated and analyzed while firstly cutting in from the knowledge differences of potential energy among the enterprises.Then,an enterprise learning division system will be built according to the knowledge potential energy gap in the cluster so as to explore the process of enterprise learning division.Ultimately,in order to analyze the process of enterprise learning in the industrial cluster,a relationship network model among the dynamic major units and between the subject and enterprise learning will be set up.
