| 摘 要： | 生态工业园区是一种节约资源和减少污染物排放的新型工业模式，是在资源约束和生态压力的环境下发展经济的有益尝试。然而，在市场经济条件下，生态工业园区的参与者都是有独立经济利益的市场主体，生态工业园区的发展面临着企业资产相互专用与经济系统演化的深层次矛盾。要实现生态工业园区自生能力与持续发展，必须采取措施，缓解这种矛盾冲突。

| Abstract: | Eco-Industrial Parks(EIPs) is a new industrial mode that can save resources and reduce pollution.But the aim of enterprises within EIPs is to take advantage of this industrial mode to make profit in market competition.The development of EIPs is facing the profound conflict between enterprise assets specificity and economic system evolution.We must resolve this kind of conflict continuously to ensure EIPs development in market competition. |
