| Abstract: | Inamori Kazuo is one of the four Japanese sages in management.Basing on his innovative management idea,say Kycera philosophy,Mr.Inamori leads Kycera towards comprehensive and independent innovation,making both Kycera and its subsidiary company KDDI Top-500.During the lengthened recession,Kycera and KDDI had kept growing with high rate of return,becoming the most excellent companies of Japan. |
