中国合作建房发展状况研究——以浙江省温州市理想家苑为例

合作建房在中国作为一种较为新颖的建房模式，于20世纪末先后在北京、温州、上海等20多个省市进行尝试。合作建房有着解决信息不对称、产品价格低廉等优势，但是在中国的实践过程中也遭遇了很多的困难。通过文献查阅整合、实地调研考察以及相关发起人走访等方式，以温州合作建房作为典型案例，揭示个人合作建房在中国的发展现状，比较分析个人合作建房在我国发展的可行}生以及发展障碍，并提出相关政策建议。

Reserch on the Development of Cooperative Housing in China --based on the case of Lixiangjiayuan in Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province

The cooperative house construction is a new born phenomenon in China. The meaningful try for cooperative housing attracted many people＇ s attention, some people are encouraged to carry out in Beijing, Shanghai and Wenzhou etc. The pattern of cooperative housing is distinguished by it＇s advantage in solving the information asymmetry and lowering down the cost of production. However the process of implementing the cooperative housing in China has met many real obstacles. The article is organized on the basis of the reference from relevant reports, the on-the-spot visit to community Lixiangjiayuan in Wenzhou and the visit to the cooperators, which is aimed to cite the cooperative housing in Wenzhou as the example to reveal the development of the cooperative housing in China and analyze the possibility and obstacles of developing the cooperative housing in China. Moreover, relevant suggestions are supplied.
